Things I'd normally send as 11 separate texts
This week I’m keeping things short and sweet!
It’s in the 80s here in the Hudson Valley, and all I want to do is play hooky and be in the sun with a cold beverage. Perhaps you want to do the same?
But in case you needed a little extra sunshine in your life, here are 11 colorful and delightful things that caught my eye this week.
The folks over at William White just launched the Duvet System, which looks like the love child of a building block and the world’s chicest couch. It’s modular, comes in a rainbow of colors, and makes me want to rearrange an entire room for sport.
This calendar is literally called The Joy of Color. Immediate yes! A different hue for every month, courtesy of fellow color enthusiast Jenna O'Brien, whose work consistently makes me smile. Pre-order yours here.
This video made me laugh out loud and then immediately send it to multiple people. If you have ever had one singular design detail consume your entire personality, welcome.
I've been very in my ~kid feels~ these days as I wrap up a kid-centric project that's very near and dear to my heart. I, too, aspire to this level of parental delusion one day.
Okay, technically this is a dog pee pad. But if I hadn’t told you that, would you have guessed? A reminder that good pattern can elevate literally anything.
I never thought I’d develop strong feelings about a cleaning product, and yet here we are. The cherry scent smells like summer at its absolute peak.
Take 90 seconds and do this exercise. It combines feelings and color, which is essentially my entire personality in activity form.
A strong case for treating your windows a little less seriously.
I am currently on a mission to make this hat part of my everyday wardrobe. Wish me luck.
The exact energy I’m bringing when somebody starts telling me what colors are "in” or “out".
Dan Pelosi launched a collection of rugs and doormats for Ruggable and somehow managed to make me want to decorate with tomatoes. As a person who does not particularly enjoy eating them, this is perhaps the highest compliment I can give.
Speaking of things that bring me joy: helping people figure out their homes. If you’re feeling stuck on color, design decisions, or where to start, my inbox is open. I’d love to hear what you’re working on.
Now go enjoy some sunshine!

What a delightful round up of things! I obsess over those window coverings, too. I think I'll make some one day. I've also been following along with the crayon projects... her patience alone is inspiring!
